About this Course

Join us for our spring adult show: CALIFORNIA SUITE! Directed by Isaiah J. Williams In this humorous confection by the famed playwright Neil Simon, we find ourselves in a hotel suite, experiencing four different stories: The Visitor from New York, The Visitor from Philadelphia, The Visitors from London, and The Visitors form Chicago. It is Neil Simon at his most humane and compassionate best! THE DATES: Rehearsals begin Sept 25 Tech Week is November 4-6 Performances are November 7-17 Thursdays- Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2:30pm. Performances will take place at the City Space Theatre inside of the Civic Center Music Hall. AUDITION INFO: We encourage performers of all ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, and abilities to audition! Auditions will be held Friday September 13th, 2024 at the Taylor Performing Arts Center (1115 SW 70th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73139) It is a come and go audition, so there are no specific time slots, and there is no need to stay the entire time. We do ask that if you sign up, you make every effort possible to attend, or if you can't please reach out to the director. Please bring a headshot and theatrical resume. If you don’t have one, there will be a place to write your experience on your audition form. The audition will be cold readings form the script.
